Rat Mischief
As you may know, a group of rats is called a mischief, and appropriately so. One rat can get into their fair share of trouble, but add one or two or more, and you have nothing but MISCHIEF!
Two of my best mischief makers were Rocky and PeeWee and this is what I like to call "Project Stuffed Cow"! Mission objectives:
(A) Map previously uncharted territory of cow interior.
(B) Obtain thousands of samples from the core of said cow.
(C) Strategically place samples in an eliptical fashion, taking care not to disturb the surroundings lest nearby humans find out about this secret mission.
(D) Repeat entire procedure nightly.
Sometimes the mischief came when sharing special treats! And when it came to candy canes around Christmas or sweet potatoes around Thanksgiving, there was always sneak attacks, sticky fingers, and plenty of tug-o-wars! And what else to do in the winter? Play in snow, of course!
Of course, sharing a place to sleep was always a source of squeaks and mischief too. But, if there were three rats trying to share the bed, it was triple trouble, of course!
Of course, when rats are in groups, it isn't always trouble. Sometimes, it's just pure sweetness, as you can see in the pictures below!
