Just this side of heaven is place called Rainbow Bridge. When a beloved pet dies, they go to the Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special pets to run and play together in. There is plenty of water, food, and sunshine and all our past loved little ones are warm and comfortable there. All the animals that had been ill are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. They are happy and content, but they do miss that special someone that had to be left behind. But, one day, each of those waiting at the Rainbow Bridge will leave the group waiting because that special someone is there. And, when you and your sweet pet finally meet up, it will be a joyous reunion that will never again be parted. So, never forget the ones that touched your heart and held a place in your life. Those so long gone from your life are never absent from your heart. You will meet again and cross over the Rainbow Bridge together!
