June 24, 2003 - Initial medical examination. Respiratory infection noted and treated with Doxycycline and Baytril for 5 weeks.

June 28, 2003 - Weight 6oz. (0.37lb.).

November 1, 2003 - Weight 16oz. (1.00lb.).

December 6, 2003 - Weight 18oz. (1.12lb.).

July 22, 2004 - Weight 19oz. (1.19lb.).

November 2, 2004 - Bumblefoot on right inner ankle (seen in picture at right). Opened at home with hot compresses and slight pressure. Cleaned and debrided. Treated with Baytril for 2 weeks.

February 8, 2005 - Weight 25oz. (1.56lb.).

April 18, 2005 - Weight 25.5oz. (1.59lb.). Small soft lump discovered in lower right quadrant of abdomen. Will observe at this point.

May 30, 2005 - Weight 25oz. (1.56lb.). Lump still present, but is soft and does not appear to be growing. Will continue to observe. Also found small hard lump on the right base of Willow's neck near the arm. Will observe.

July 26, 2005 - Weight 24.5oz. (1.55lb.). Both tumors are continuing to grow, but at a relatively slow rate. Hair loss around rump is significant, but is attributed to type (rex) and age. Will just observe for now. Cost of check up $17.00.

September 27, 2005 - Mass in neck region surgically removed. Mass can be seen prior to removal in picture at left. Was a benign mammary tumor. Cost of procedure and meds $162.00. Other tumor was left intact.

October 17, 2005 - Weight 20.25oz. (1.27lb.).

November 2, 2005 - Weight 17.25oz. (1.08lb.). Willow's remaining mammary tumor is slowly growing, but due to age related deteriorating health, it will not be surgically removed. Muscle wasting is apparent and mobility is very poor in the hind legs at this time.

November 9 , 2005 - Weight 16.00oz. (1.00lb.). Due to Willow's deteriorated condition, she was euthanized today and will be cremated. Cost of vet and cremation $35.00.
